There is no reason to invest in a non-publicly-vettable lottery run by a corporation that blatantly lies.
I'd have run a lottery over 100 times, too, if I could opaquely choose my alt every tenth drawing!
Given your now-proven propensity for lying to the Eve public, what improvements to the lottery format do you have planned?

Nobody has yet explained to me (though TS was kind enough to tell me to "RTFP", on which there are no details about this, except, "Could it be a scam? Yep. Gotta trust us.") how the numbers are chosen. I'm aware of how the ticket numbers are assigned, and that's legit, but for the drawing, it sounds like a bunch of people throw random seeds at TS, and he feeds them into an opaque PRNG and produces a result. Such a setup is eminently hackable if you're in TS's position.

Not really. It's expected that a hostile entity in charge of such a lottery would not rig all the results, lest suspicions arise.
Indeed, even if only one in the history of the lottery were rigged, that'd still be more than enough to turn a profit by running it.
